Monday and Wednesdays  7.15 to 8am

The programme will involve swimming, fitness work, and drills.  Great for cardiovascular fitness. Much better “work out” than if swimming by yourself. Technique tips at every session.

Suitable for swimmers, tri-athletes, ironmen or those interested in swimming for fitness. All levels of fitness catered for. Cost $7 session. Some swimming ability required.
