Our coaches are Jim Floerchinger (Head Coach), Mike McNamara, Jason McPhee and Brogan Dunce.  Jim and Mike coach our  national senior squads, while Jason and Brogan coach the bronze, silver, gold and junior national squads. All our coaches swim on club race nights and they are pretty fast!

Coaches’ Jason McPhee and Jim Floerchinger attend NZ Junior Nationals 2009.  Both coaches received Wellington NZ Junior Coach of the Year 2009.

Brogan started with RSC coaching Tuesday night swimmers in 2008. Now she can be seen with the bronze/silver/gold groups in the big pool. Brogan is working towards her Assistant Swim teacher Award or ASTA qualification.
